There has to be some issue in the services for Wellcon Animal Health to take the Sales Training of YMS. So as it comes forward, the issue was the lack of team spirit and Sales leadership problems.

This is why the Sales Training was held only for the senior level Authorities of Wellcon Animal Health.

Another issue that they were facing was that only the legacy products were being pushed and the newly generated products were being sidelined.

This was causing a dip in Sales and the higher authorities had not even thought of what the company’s actual potential was.

The other problem being that the leaders of the company had never received Sales training before. So when they started facing problems they did not know, how to tackle their problems.

The impact that the Sales training had on the Wellcon Animal Health team was extraordinary. Within two days of the Sales Training, the second line employees of the Company were given an opportunity to promote the products.

Secondly, there was a drastic change in the leadership style of the company. The third change was that they had decided that from that day onwards, they would promote only one legacy product and two new products.

The final impact that the Sales Training had on the company was that the leaders had increased their Sales goal by 30%. The Sales training made them realize that their potential was much higher than they thought.

How did the Company’s leaders respond to Sales Training?
According to Mihir Shah, the first day of Sales training made him feel judged by the Leaders of Wellcon Animal Health.

Since all the leaders were much older compared to Mihir Shah, they were not too sure about the Sales Training. Nevertheless, Mihir Shah is not someone who gets affected by these judgments.

The next day the sales training was to start at 10 a.m. but the first day’s sales training was so good that everyone was ready by 8 a.m.

By the end of the second day of Sales Training, the staff of Wellcon Animal Health was highly motivated. They were also very satisfied with the Sales Training they received.

In terms of Mihir Shah, the staff spent more than an hour taking pictures with him and many of them even took some personal advice for Sales.
