Her sought-after skills in strategic design planning coupled with her leadership in tactical execution have enabled organizations to thrive in demanding, dynamic, and elastic environments while ensuring sustainable pragmatic focus and operational excellence. Her experience spans leadership appointments from Fortune 100 through private healthcare organizations. She has successfully formulated and executed over a dozen restructurings, reduced over $100 million in costs to organizations, repositioned commercialization go-to-market for four organizations, raised over $200 million in the private and public sectors and over $10 million in the philanthropic sector, and has delivered over $1 billion in revenue. In addition to being an industry leader, Ms. Zagger holds Six Sigma Black Belt certification, is a member of the Forbes Business Council and American College of Healthcare Executives, and is cofounder of a women’s health non–profit that is associated with Yale New Haven Health System. Ms. Zagger has been decorated as a “Top World Leader in Healthcare,†noted as a “Top 100 FemTech Leader,†and a “Best in Class COO.â€
