Investors in North America can now get risk guarantees and after-sales support from Wattum for hosting cryptocurrency miners in BitRiver’s world-class data center in Russia.

BitRiver announced a partnership with Wattum to provide more risk guarantees and native after-sales’ support to North American customers of its state-of-the-art data center, the largest provider of co-location services for cryptocurrency mining in Russia.

“Through this partnership, Wattum can provide an extra level of security and insurance to those in North America who would like to host their mining machines at BitRiver’s facility in Russia, as well as providing full Management and US-support to the customer. From our side, we take over the legal part and offer the possibility of financing the equipment,” said Arseniy Grusha, Founder, and CEO at Wattum.

BitRiver’s data center currently utilizes 70MW out of its total capacity of 100MW to provide colocation services to cryptocurrency miners and turnkey bitcoin mining solutions to institutional investors around the world. Its customers are located in over 17 countries, including the USA and Canada. BitRiver hopes to increase its customer base in North America through this partnership with Wattum.

“Earlier this year we set up a full-time sales’ presence in North America. This partnership is another step to make it easier for investors in North America who would like to avail BitRiver’s low-cost and enterprise-class cryptocurrency mining solutions from Russia,” said Igor Runets, Founder and CEO at BitRiver.
