Elision Technologies Pvt. Ltd, more popularly known as Elision, announced the launch of the call center Twitter integration service. The company will provide integration of Twitter profiles into its proprietary call center solution, called, DialShree. The company will also provide this integration service to its hosted call center solution users.
As per the shared details, this integration service will be provided to all new and existing customers of Elision. The spokesperson of the company has shared a list of features available to the agents after integration of a Twitter profile into the call center solution offered by Elision:

• Manage multiple Twitter profiles
• Post a tweet
• Like a tweet
• Retweet from the same profile
• Retweet from sponsored and other profiles followed by this account
• Retweet to the account of an agent or a company handling the profile
• Check following and follower numbers
• Check the Twitter timeline

All these actions mentioned in the aforementioned list can be taken by an agent within the call center dialer. The agent does not need to go to Twitter.
